Welcome. These are the practical terms that apply when you browse or buy clean beauty, skincare, and color cosmetics from our US shop.
Quick guide: Checkout basics
Your total is in USD, with applicable tax added when required. If displayed at checkout, you can use credit or debit cards on Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, or Discover.
Quick guide: Getting the order to you
Standard shipping is free across the US. We prepare orders in 1–2 business days, then delivery usually takes another 4–6 business days. You will receive tracking. Cancel before shipment or use the return route once the parcel is moving.
Quick guide: Returns made clear
Changed your mind? Eligible orders have a 30-day return or exchange window after delivery. We cover the approved prepaid label, including quality issues, and never add a restocking fee. Your bank normally posts an issued refund in 5–10 business days.
Quick guide: A few return exceptions
Custom items, clearance or Final Sale products, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods are not part of ordinary change-of-mind returns. If something arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, those protections still apply.

Please respect the owners of the store’s words, images, and branding. Services outside the shop may have separate rules. Legal limitations apply only where allowed, and rights that cannot be waived remain in place.

Shop legally, keep your information accurate, and respect the site and other people’s rights. Security attacks, malware, interference, and unlawful copying are not permitted.

We try to keep every product detail current, and we correct honest mistakes. An order is not final just because checkout sends an acknowledgment; stock, payment, address, quantity, price, and fraud checks may happen first. Paid cancellations are refunded correctly.
